Express Loans Hub is not a lender, bank, broker, or financial institution. We operate a loan marketplace that connects consumers with a network of independent, licensed third-party lenders. We do not make lending decisions, determine loan eligibility, set interest rates, or fund loans. All lending decisions are made exclusively by participating lenders.
To use our services, you must:
Submitting a loan inquiry through our platform constitutes your authorization for Express Loans Hub and participating lenders to verify the information you provide, conduct soft credit inquiries (which do not affect your credit score), and contact you regarding your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee loan approval or any particular interest rate.
Express Loans Hub provides its matching service to consumers at no charge. We receive compensation from lenders when a match results in a funded loan. This compensation does not influence the loan terms offered to you.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your loan inquiry. Providing false information is a violation of federal law and may result in criminal prosecution.
By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Express Loans Hub and participating lenders via telephone (including autodialed calls and prerecorded messages), email, and SMS text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Submitting an inquiry through our platform may result in soft credit inquiries, which do not affect your credit score. If you accept a loan offer from a lender, that lender will conduct a hard credit inquiry, which may temporarily affect your credit score.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that loan offers will be available to any particular applicant.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Express Loans Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which you reside. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, and you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after posting constitutes acceptance.
